1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: Our company is a combination of production and trade, industry and trade integration business.
2. Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
A: Different products have different MOQ. Normally our MOQ is 1000KG for each type.
3. Can you provide sample order?
A: Normally we can provide customers less than 5pcs samples for free, but the shipping fee is paid by customers.
4. What is your payment terms for bulk order?
A: Normally for bulk order, we can accept T/T 30% deposit in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. For small order, we accept T/T 100% in advance & it can save a lot of procedures and time.
5. What is your shipping method?
A: Generally speaking, we can ship by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, SF EXPRESS, by sea, by air, special line, etc.
6. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on the products quantity. Normally for small order, we can send goods out immediately after payments received if we have goods in stock. For bulk order, it needs 3 to 5 days to send out. By DHL, it takes 3 to 5 days. By FEDEX, it takes 3 to 7 days.
7. Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Of course, we can accept OEM or ODM.
